On our way from Sedona to Winslow, we drove through Flagstaff, AZ. We didn't have anything specific that we wanted to do there but we stopped for a good Mexican lunch at Kachina Restaurant. It was a great meal that left us all stuffed and wishing we could go back there again.

Flagstaff also offers many scenic trails for the runner or biker. There are hundreds of miles of trails to run and ride on. It's amazing, and the weather is just about perfect 9-10 months out of the year. You can click on the following link to get more information about these trails.
